Management expert and strategic thinker Prriya Raj is an MBA topper (1979) from Motilal Nehru Institute of Research & Business Administration (MONIRBA), Allahabad University (India).

He has over 24 years of varied, relevant and well-rounded management experience, across several categories, in the area of advertising, branding, marketing and PR.

An ideas man with focus on quality execution, he has over the years worked with and contributed to S. Kumars as Publicity Officer, Mitra Prakashan as All India Advertising Manager, Mudra Communications as account Director, RK Swamy/BBDO as Director Client Services and Sahara TV as Vice President.

A team leader strong in creative ideas and lateral thinking, he co-promoted Momentum as India's first fee-based advertising agency and worked as its Executive Director.

He has been involved with some path-breaking and award winning work on leading MNC and Indian brands including Rasna, Pepsi, Baygon, Nestle's Cerelac, etc.

A powerful speaker, he has delivered lectures and workshops on management, advertising, creativity and cartooning. He is also a visiting faculty in several management institutes.

Internationally acclaimed management cartoonist Prriya Raj (born 1959) is an MBA with over 24 years of varied management experience.

He introduced India's first daily management cartoon column 'Under The Pyramid' in The Pioneer in 1996. The column was subsequently picked up by Hong Kong Standard to become India's first daily cartoon column to be published abroad. He has also contributed a weekly management cartoon column 'Out Of The Box' to The Hindu (1999-2003).

He was the first Indian cartoonist to have daily cartoon column on the Internet, launched India's first cartoon website and introduced India's first cartoon channel on a horizontal portal.

He has held exhibitions of his management cartoons and contributed numerous illustrations for books, magazines and newspapers.

Author of Under the Pyramid (India Book House, 1998) Counterpoint (Business Publications Inc., 1999), Business Cartoons (Vision Books, 2004) and Corporate Cartoons (Vision Books, 2004). His management diary Organise & Smile is published every year by Nightingale (1999-2004).
